Section 226.665  Record of Proceedings

A record of the hearing shall be made and the cost of such record borne in accordance with 34 CFR 300.512(a)(4) and Section 14-8.02a(g-55) of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/14-8.02a(g-55)].
