Section 3700.80  Statewide Permits

The Department may, by issuance of a statewide permit, grant approval for specific types of activities, for example, minor boat docks and utility crossings, which meet the standards defined in Sections 3700.60 or 3700.70. Subsequent to the issuance of a statewide permit, no application or further authorization will be required by the Department for activities meeting the terms and conditions of the statewide permit.  Statewide permits will be issued only after notice and opportunity for public review and comment.
