Section 435.110  Licensing of Employees

a)         No person shall perform any work or services which are conducted in whole or in part on the grounds of an inter-track wagering facility without first obtaining a license issued by the Board.  No provisions of this Section shall apply to any persons employed as a pari-mutuel clerk, parking attendant, security guard or employee of concessionaire.

b)         Licensing of persons pursuant to this Section shall in all respects not specified herein be governed by the provisions of 11 Ill. Adm. Code 502, Subparts A, B and C.

c)         The Board shall require all persons licensed pursuant to this Section who routinely come in contact with the public to display an identification badge on their outer garment during the course of their employment.
