Section 402.40  Time of Filing

a)         Application for an occupation license as a concessionaire shall be filed on or before 60 days prior to the opening of the racing meet at the race track at which the concession is to be operated, however

b)         The Board, in its discretion, upon good cause shown may act upon applications for an occupational license to operate as a concessionaire received subsequent to the dates specified in this rule.
