SECTION 110.30 PAYMENT FOR LABORATORY SERVICES
Section 110.30 Payment For Laboratory Services
The person requesting the services shall be responsible for payment of laboratory services performed by the Illinois Department of Agriculture. Laboratory charges are due and payable when billed each month. Laboratory services will not be performed if the account is more than 60 days overdue from the date of billing.
