Section 2950.210  Task Group Action

a)         A quorum shall consist of five members.  A quorum shall be required to conduct any business of the Task Group.

b)         Any action taken by the Task Group under the Act shall require the affirmative vote of a majority of all of the members.  Unless otherwise provided therein, such action shall take effect immediately.
