Section 2950.100  Rulemaking Procedures

a)         The Task Group may initiate rulemaking procedures in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15] on its own initiative, as necessary to further the purposes of the Task Group.

b)         Proposed rulemaking shall be voted upon by the Task Group in accordance with standard parliamentary procedure at open public meetings and Section 2950.210.

c)         The Task Group will follow the provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5-15] and the Rulemaking Procedures for Codification (1 Ill. Adm. Code 100) of the Office of the Secretary of State.
