Section 2500.110  Procedure

Proposed additions, amendments or repealers to the rules of the Labor Relations Boards must be undertaken jointly by the Boards.  The Boards follow the rulemaking procedures prescribed under the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100].
