Detailed information about the Commission is publically and immediately available at the Commission website: www2.illinois.gov/eec.  The Commission's website provides a description of the Commission's responsibilities, organizational structure, categories of public records, and process for obtaining public records. Public records immediately available on the web site include Commission annual reports, publications explaining Commission decisions issued pursuant to the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act [5 ILCS 430] and Executive Inspector General Founded Reports.
