Section 1126.310  Director's Response to Appeal

The Director shall respond to an appeal within 7 working days after receiving notice of the appeal.  The Director shall either affirm the denial or uphold the appeal.  Failure to respond within 7 working days shall be considered by the requestor an affirmation of the denial unless otherwise notified.
