Section 1126.20  Definitions

            "Department" means the Illinois Department of Public Health.

            "Director" means the Director of the Illinois Department of Public Health.

            "FOI" means Freedom of Information.

            "FOIA" means the Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140.

            "Freedom of Information Officer" means an individual responsible for receiving and responding to requests for public records.

            "Requestor" means a person who submits a request for public records according to this Part.
