Section 876.201  Person to Whom Requests are Submitted

a)         Requests for public records shall be submitted to the appropriate Freedom of Information Officer of this Department.  Requests to the Department's principal office shall be submitted to the following address, if applicable:

            Freedom of Information Officer

            Department of Energy and Natural Resources

            325 W. Adams, Floor 3, Springfield, IL  62706

            ATTN:  FOIA Request

b)         Requests from specific divisions shall be made to the appropriate division's Freedom of Information Officer whose name and address is available from the Department upon request.
