Section 576.250  Records Stored on Electronic Data Processing Equipment

When a request is made for records which are stored on electronic data processing equipment, the Freedom of Information Officer shall provide the requestor with a computer printout of the requested records, and shall also provide the requestor with any information necessary to interpret and understand that printout.
