Section 575.260 Assistant Attorneys General
The Attorney General appoints Assistant Attorneys General, who are assigned either to the Springfield or the Chicago office, and in addition, appoints Special Assistant Attorneys General, who are assigned to specific operational functions in prescribed geographic areas. Assistants are responsible to a designated chief.
