Section 2525.20 Summary and Purpose
a) This Part is established to implement the provisions of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) [5 ILCS 140]. The purpose of this Part is to
support the policy of providing public access to the public records of the Illinois
Medical District Commission while protecting legitimate privacy
interests and maintaining administrative efficiency.
b) This Part establishes the procedure by which the public may request and obtain public records of the Commission and sets forth the procedures to be followed by the Commission in responding to requests for information.
